Local communities need guidance on complicated public financing

Nothing has become more complicated in recent years than government financing. Whether serving on a small village board or a large metropolitan city council, elected officials today face challenges
of great public need and fewer tax resources.

Throughout the past 30 years, Sherman & Armbruster has developed a level of expertise on public works tax financing and budget processes.

Our work has helped elected and appointed officials determine how best to serve their constituents and be good stewards of public monies.

Sherman & Armbruster has served as a financial consultant on many public projects, including infrastructure improvements, tax increment financing districts, government compliance reporting, tax abatement calculations and general budget preparation.

Partner Pat Sherman has served many years as financial counsel to the City of Greenwood and was on the Indiana Stadium Convention Building Authority.
